Qualified Investor #100

Patton Moreno & Asvat is proud to be part of this important milestone for Panama by representing Qualified Investor #100, and many more clients, who have decided to establish themselves in Panama through this special program, contributing to the revitalization of the different sectors of the Panamanian economy.

According to the Ministry of Commerce, this program, which is governed by Executive Decree No. 722 of 15 October 2020, has approved the permanent residency of investor from numerous countries, mainly Peru, Colombia and Canada, being one of the most attractive and successful foreign investment projects for the country, generating investments in excess of US$55 million.
