Patton, Moreno & Asvat advises the Panamanian State in relation to the Panama Copper Project

Patton, Moreno & Asvat, together with the international firms Allen & Overy and Squire Patton Boggs LLP, advised the Ministry of Commerce and Industries in relation to the Cobre Panama Project, including advice in the contract drafting stage and consultations under the Investment Treaty between Panama and Canada, and support as local advisors in relation to commercial arbitration and notification of investment arbitration presented by Minera Panamá, S.A. and First Quantum Minerals Ltd.
